Not what I was expecting

Good afternoon,

I emailed this through but I never received a response back or an acknowledgement of my email being received.

I recently ordered the $149 mystery box and would like to share some feedback, if that's okay.

Firstly, I want to commend you on the fast shipping—it was prompt and efficient. The package itself was definitely worth the purchase, and the total value of the products I received aligned with what was advertised, which I truly appreciated.

However, I was a bit disappointed by the number of face masks included in the box compared to the other products. I understand that it is a mystery box but I had expected a more balanced mix of items, so I wanted to express my thoughts on this discrepancy.

I also want to take a moment to thank you for creating such beautiful skincare products—they are truly wonderful.
