We aim to get your order out to you as soon as we can. We offer all our customers 1–2 day dispatch on all orders made by 1pm (AEST), excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order is processed, it is then ready for shipment from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via your email please use this for updates, and check your spam/junk folder just in case. We like to make shipping easier. You do not need to worry about signing for your package as it’s delivered by your local post office shop. Please allow the possibility to have small delays in busy seasons.
