Disappointing

This was my second order and I was very disappointed this time to receive the two clay sticks ordered as they had both been severely damaged in travel. When I received them in mail they had what looks to me like melted through the box and were a mess. Over half the luxe stick was empty and had leaked all through the package. The sticks had separated and I don’t believe to be usable as I’m not sure it has the right balance in the clay and a lot of white solid stuff had harden on the outside.
